With fiscal negotiations between House Republicans and the Obama administration crumbling on Saturday, all eyes turned to the Senate just days before the United States faces the possibility of a devastating financial default on Thursday. On CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Senators John McCain, Republican of Arizona; Charles E. Schumer, Democrat of New York; and Kelly Ayotte, Republican of New Hampshire, will weigh in on the gridlock in Congress. Also on the show: Representative Tim Huelskamp, Republican of Kansas.
